Hi. I’m from Western Australia and I’ve been living in Bali, Indonesia for nearly 15 years. I am an Occupational Therapist with a PhD in Sexology. I work as a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, counselling people with personal or relationship problems. For most of my life, I’ve loved hiking and bush walking. I feel a great sense of peace and elation when I’m in nature. I didn’t start running however until 3 years ago when I was 58 years old. I joined Hash House Harriers in Bali and I was just blown away by the places we could explore by going off-road. I entered by first trail event at Mantra Summit Challenge in 2019. I’ve had to push past some illness and injuries and hopefully I can help inspire and motivate others with what I’ve learnt for myself.
