Nikki Han
My name is Nikki Han, born in the UK and grew up in Scotland. I have lived in Hong Kong for 16 years with my husband and 2 daughters. I have always lived an active life and road running was my thing until I found the trails around 10 years ago. I have participated in over 30 ultras including UTMF, UTMB, West Highland Way in Scotland and in 2019 I took part in the Hong Kong Four Trails Ultra Challenge, 298km self supported, non stop Challenge covering all 4 major trails in Hong Kong and became the first and only female finisher to date.
I will be turning 50 this year and have many more challenges/races that I want to do.
Asia Trail Girls is a great platform to inspire and inform girls of all ages the benefits which come from trail running. Trial running has one of the best communities of like minded people, always ready and will to support.
