Hi, this is Jenna from Hong Kong! I have discovered trail running during my law degree which was almost unbearably stressful for me. To me, as a beginner, trail running is about giving myself the opportunity to stay connected with myself and the nature, which is to maintain grounded in the fussy urban life!
Also, as a young woman who is aware of gender issues and a big believer in women empowerment, I wish to explore them through trail running and my writings!
