Hello everyone, I’m Elam and I come from Hong Kong. I started my trail running journey about 8months ago and it has immediately become part of my busy life. I started running on the road first just to be fit and healthy like most of the others. I gave trail running a try shortly after and I felt so much freedom and happiness while trail running! Every steep climb brings me to stunning views and every downhill is a thrilling experience. I enjoy every moment and I am proud of every step I take and every progress I make. This makes me want to explore more and always attempt my own very best. 

Besides, the amazing thing is that Asia Trail Girls helps to bring all of the passionate and supportive women together. Let's grow stronger and shine together!
