Born and raised in Hong Kong, I grew up loving sports and being outside. I started running after university, and from my mid-20s got into ultramarathons. I ran three 250km multi-stage desert ultras in three years!
Currently, I am living and working in London as a legal professional, but still think of Asia and its trails often. After 3 years away, I even miss the hot, sticky weather, if you can believe it! I am so happy to be part of the Asia Trail Girls community to connect with like-minded women who share a passion for health, well-being and the trails.
